Maritime City is one of the most dynamically developing coastal clusters of Dubai, combining strategic location, direct access to the sea and proximity to key business and cultural centers.
The Breez project from Danube Properties will become a new symbol of this area, combining modern architecture, comfort and high investment attractiveness. The meeting discussed the key features of the project, forecasts for price growth, as well as the potential for international investors.
